The One With(out) The “Hello”

This is the post where I am supposed to say hello and introduce myself. But you can that find in the “About Me” section of this blog. I guess I should start by telling you how this blog exists.

It took me about seven years to finally decide that I want to blog. I know it sounds so ridiculous when the rest of the world have been blogging for eight, ten, even fifteen years. It was 2011 when I came across a blog which intrigued me. I dived straight into every post, found another blog, dived in again until I started blog walking.

I discovered a whole new interesting world. You can learn a lot these days from reading blogs, mainly because these bloggers were sharing their knowledge and expertise about a lot of things. The more I read the more I realised that blogging is a great skill sharing medium. I liked the idea. The problem is I didn’t know how nor where to start. I have no knowledge about coding and everything else that comes with blogging.

Fast forward to 2018.

I just had my 41st birthday. Just like everyone who had just celebrated the fact that they’re no longer young and skinny and wild I open my old journals to see my past achievements. Right there in every single journal I have ever written was the yearly goal “Start A Blog”. Yet each year passed and I still haven’t made one.

I took me a long time to finally published this blog but here it is. I did found out that a blog is easier to create now. Probably not easier to maintain and grow but I am ready to take that chance. So I am going to give it a try.
